The Polar Express

Last week we listened to the story of The Polar Express and watched the film. We did lots of activities based on the story including sequencing the story, making train tickets and of course; drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows! Check out some of the pictures below! 

Maths Stations

Today we did station teaching in Maths. We had five different stations; Maths bingo, clocks, tens and units and shapes, sequencing and sums. We spent five minutes on each station in our groups and then moved to the next station. 

Christmas Play

Today we performed our Christmas Play; 'Not Such a Silent Night' in the hall. All the children did really well!  Mr Forristal was very proud of everyone!

Penguins

This week we made more penguins during art class!  We painted cardboard tubes and glued pieces of coloured card onto the tubes to make our penguins.
